No Return, No Exchange Policy

At Hey Classy, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange policy. Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.

Exceptions for Exchange

We offer exchange only with an unboxing video in the case of:

Wrong item delivered
Damaged or defective product received

Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange, you must share a complete unboxing video of the parcel:

Video must show the moment of opening the sealed package until the product is fully revealed
The video must clearly show the issue with the item (wrong, defective, or damaged)

Note: Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.

Other Important Notes

No exchanges will be accepted for size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.
Sale items and gift cards are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
