Returns and Exchanges Policy

No Return, No Exchange Policy
At Hey Classy, we maintain a strict No Return, No Exchange policy. Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged under normal circumstances.
Exceptions for Exchange
We offer exchange only with an unboxing video in the case of:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective product received
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, you must share a complete unboxing video of the parcel:
- Video must show the moment of opening the sealed package until the product is fully revealed
- The video must clearly show the issue with the item (wrong, defective, or damaged)
Note: Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process any exchange requests.
Other Important Notes
- No exchanges will be accepted for size issues, change of mind, or personal preferences.
- Sale items and gift cards are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
- Please check the size chart and product description carefully before placing your order.
